Lt. Dr. Chakrakirti Samvedi: A Visionary Advocate for Social Change

Dr. Chakrakirti Samvedi, the son of the late Shri Satyavrat Samvedi, emerged as both a steadfast companion and a beacon of support for his family. After completing his formal education and navigating various government positions, Dr. Samvedi made the pivotal decision to set aside these opportunities to fulfill his father’s dreams and to become the backbone of his family.

A passionate advocate for societal welfare, Dr. Samvedi quickly gained recognition for his dedication to numerous causes. Notably, he played a significant role in the Sarvodaya Movements, passionately championing the cause of combating female infanticide—a pressing issue that captivated the nation’s attention.

His unwavering commitment to social justice and his remarkable achievements led to his appointment as an honorary Metropolitan Magistrate of the Child Welfare Committee in Rajasthan, a role through which he furthered his efforts in promoting child welfare and protection.

In addition to his advocacy work, Dr. Samvedi skillfully expanded the family business, founding two esteemed institutions: Maharishi Dayanand Law College and Maharishi Dayanand B.Ed. College. Through these ventures, his work continues to contribute to the educational landscape, empowering future generations and fostering a culture of learning and social responsibility.
